Customer Service Representative

Parkwood/Chicago, an architectural design materials distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at their Wheeling location.

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with experience in the building materials and interior design industry, especially laminates, veneers, and millwork fabrication. It’s also ideal for Customer Service professionals with proven experience who are willing to learn a new industry.

We seek an enthusiastic person with excellent people and phone skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Order entry software, EWRP (like Sage 50) experience a plus, but not essential.

The Customer Service Representative works with our customers to enter and fulfill orders, provide product info and interact with the sales and shipping teams on sample fulfillment and outgoing orders.

Salary: 55-70k (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time, on site 40 hours
